The room rates quoted above are:
- In Thai Baht (THB), non-commissionable, and inclusive of 7% VAT and 10% service charge.
- Inclusive of daily international buffet breakfast at Baan Thai (Separated area from other guests)
- Inclusive of complimentary wireless internet access in all areas of the Hotel.
- Inclusive of complimentary use of the Fitness Center.
- Inclusive of coffee and tea making facilities inside the room.
- Inclusive of iron and ironing board (on request)
Remark : ** Please note that the Water Park admission is not included in the room rate.
Extra person & child policies :
- Extra person charge for adult at THB 1,500 net including breakfast and extra bed.
- Extra person charge for child (4-11 years old) at THB 750 net including breakfast and extra bed.

Chick-in & Chick-out times :
- The resort’s official check-in time is 3:00 PM.
- The resort’s official check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability on the day of arrival / departure.
- For guaranteed early check-in before 3:00 PM, the charge is 100% of the room rate.
- For guaranteed late check-out between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the charge is 50% of the room rate.
- For guaranteed late check-out after 6:00 PM, the charge is 100% of the room rate.
